When you request early access, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, product interests, and message. We may also receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited through our hosting and analytics services.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, manage the YardStock beta, improve the product, send requested product updates, protect the website, and understand how visitors use the site. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use service providers to host the website, route inquiries, provide analytics, and operate related infrastructure. They may process information only as needed to provide those services and under their own applicable terms.

Retention and choices

We retain early-access information for as long as it is useful for the beta, product communications, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. You may ask us to update or delete your submitted information, or stop product emails, by contacting graham@boiseaistudio.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as YardStock moves from public website to hosted beta. The effective date above will show the latest revision.
